British heavyweights weight-in

Post by dirketo »

Derech Chisora is 252lb. I thought after being unlicensed he'd comeback with more hanger than ever and better prepared, but it's even more than David Haye's fight.

What time is Tyson and Hughie Fury's weight-in?

Chisora doesn't look unfit though I think 17 stone 5 would be ideal for him as for Fury i would like to see him around 17" 10 although he may be a bit lighter.

Not been in the ring for 9 months so no wonder he's a little heavier. Think 245 is about perfect for him.

245 isn't perfect for any heavyweight.

That's a silly thing to say. They're very often large men with big frames, legs, arms, torsos, heads and hands, you know?

It's about fighting at the weight that allows you to do 12 rounds at a good pace whilst being strong and powerful. There's a balance to be found and it's different for every one of them.
