I've heard this fight has been made can anyone confirm - Should be a great match up and nice blend of styles. Aggressive pressure fighter against a slick, clever southpaw box/fighter.

Vassell must be one of the most avoided fighters on the British scene the lad really struggled to get matches - he almost become a "who needs him" kind of fighter after only having one fight in 2012 he really needs to start getting out more often. Was it a case of he's too good/dangerous and people don't want to fight him or was it a problem being with Hatton Promotions and struggling to get any fights with no tv deal ? he's a free agent now so hopefully see more of him - certainly will if he does a number on Gavin !

Should be a great match up and I'll really look forward to this one - How do you lot see this one going ? Too tough to call for me but I'm leaning toward Gavin on points but could be another great domestic 50/50 tear up

i dont think vassell is avoided but more hes been with a poor promoter who doesnt have a tv deal and he did take a year or so away from boxing didnt he?
