Any further than the top 6 in the world? That's still good enough to pick up a world title.

Bollocks. Johnson, Cunningham and Chisora were all skilled boxers with a gameplan and he beat all three. He'll beat Pulev and then you'll come on here slagging him off again.

I think the lack of trainer against a world class trainer was the difference in that fight Cunningham had clearly been given the heads up when he came straight out and nailed Fury. Also Fury was trying to put on a show he could have kept his hands high and popped the jab out all night but instead he took risks and show boated making the fight harder work something he would have probably been told to cut out had Pete been there. Fury understands that he is there to entertain and no one can deny that is what he is doing. I didnt think the kd was very hard his eyes were clear from the slow mo straight from the hit. One thing is sure his stock will have gone up massively in the states it was his crowd.

Cunningham was moaning about Fury fighting like a big man but if he didnt want that he should have stayed at cruiser and sitting on his chest instead on darting in and out didnt help his cause.

Bottom line - there arent a lot of HW's as slick as cunningham. I think fury should forget pulev for his next fight and go for thompson depending on the outcome of the Price rematch. Just to make sure he isnt missing anything in his arsenal.

You're in denial and seem to take anything regarding Fury personally.

Johnson 'might' be skilled - he did nothing, like he did nothing the only other time in his career when someone went at him - Vitali. Johnson won't fight at all. He doesn't count. Calling someone like Chisora skilled is ridiculous and Cunningham, yes, absolutely, but he's not top drawer talent and we all know it - and his skills still gave Fury fits.

If Fury beats Pulev I will be totally converted.

If he swerves around him, as I suspect he will, I will be on here laughing at your excuses.

Fury has openly called him out, as has Mick. Fury will fight anyone on the planet. It's in his nature. In much the same way that talking sh1t is in yours.

I hope he fights Pulev. A worthy Klit challenger will emerge from that one.

Why do you think the Price fight didn't happen? Meaty Mick saw it as too much risk for too little reward?

Articulate, aren't we.

I remember him calling out David Price, then vacating his British and Commonwealth titles instead of fighting him.

Let's just see what happens, shall we?

I remember prior to the Kevin Johnson fight, Fury was originally scheduled to face Denis Boystov and everyone was surprised at his guts. Then Boystov's management pulls out on the fight and Fury had to face Kingpin instead. He beats Kingpin, and then he beats Cunningham who many in this country were calling a top two-three heavyweight in America. Somehow, the victory has been marred by the disbelievers, saying 'Steve was too small' or 'Fury cheated' and other ridiculous remarks. Nobody wants to admit the obvious, that Fury is a man willing to face anyone on the planet and he has beaten some solid fighters. He is easily demonstrating he is ahead of David Price; and even if Price manages to defeat Thompson in the rematch, who is going to really be back on the band wagon like they once were?

At this stage either Klitschko would beat Fury and Price, but let's give Fury his due. For a man of 24 with only 21 fights as a professional, he is doing a heck of a lot more than 90% of the division has done with far longer careers. I see him fighting two-three times more before tackling Vladimir. I see potential fights with David Haye, Robert Helenius, Tomasz Adamek, Kubrat Pulev and if Thompson wins the rematch, him as well. Fury is quite possibly the biggest name in the division right now, whether anyone likes it or not, and he can make million dollar pay days without the Klitschko's.

When Vitali retires, I can very well see him fighting for the vacant WBC title or even facing WBA champion Alexander Povetkin. Both of those opprotunities he has more than a solid chance of accomplishing and winning. I think for having a father and uncle and cousins who were exclusively bare knuckle men, Tyson Fury has gone farther than any traveller/gypsy ever has in the heavyweight division (save for Bartley Gorman the First who fought Jem Mace in 1864). At 24 he has alot of time to improve and to become better. It took Vladimir Klitschko many years before he finally became who he is now, and hes in his mid 30s. Why people continually knock Fury is anyone's guess.

I don't need to be articulate to state facts. Just stick to your theory that Fury didn't change tactics.

I'm a big Haye fan, but he showed enough in the last fight for me to realize that he has no place at the top end of this sport. Both Klitschkos beat him easy. Povetkin beats him easily.

If he fights like he did on Saturday night, Fury loses to him, but he won't. He'll be on top form and beat Haye with a mid rounds stoppage.

Wise words, you could say Vlad is nearly 40 to add some weight to the argument

He is a needed breath of fresh air for the division,

I think the best Tyson will be doing against a vicious hungry Haye is getting up off the floor a number of times, if he clocks Haye properly, who knows

Haye was out of breath after five rounds with Chisora. If it goes further than that Tyson will do him.

He knocked out Chisora in brutal fashion. Whereas Fury struggled to beat an obese, bored version of Chisora.

Were you even aware of this?
Povetkin beats him easily.
Oh. You're the guy who thinks Povetkin would beat Wlad. I remember now.

Chisora was unbeaten then and had just fought twenty four hard rounds with Vitali and Helenius. Plus, Fury was still a novice.
