Yeah that was it. Wasn't particularly too hostile on the whole outside of one section, but last thing we wanted was to get caught with the Cardiff fans on the way out of the arena.

I know how hostile it was, a lad on another forum was there with his wife (who had never been to a show before) and when Matthew Hall lost to Anthony Small, they clapped the winner - and some of Halls fans set about people in the crowd.

He got his nose broken and she got a black eye. It was appalling and she was really shaken and upset by it.

The bad thing is, he'd persuaded her for ages to attend a show with him and she was apprehensive - and then that happened.

I sat between Bradley Pryce's mum and some Matthew Hall fans during their fight on the Khan-Barrera bill. She was lovely, they on the other hand were acting like assholes. "Fcking kill him Matty..." etc...

Seriously Mickey ? Never seen it so bad. The scrapping in the marquee bar area was so bad the cops came out and just threw the dogs in. Tell you how bad it was - the alarm that went off was set off deliberately by the cops. My lad was only 11 then and even though we were ringside I was worried on the way out.

Was also at khan Lawton, I think forest had played stoke and they were all fighting each other, I have seen trouble at most the khan fights, I find all the his mates he brings from Bolton make it very uncomfortable with there religious singing and flags. You wouldn't believe we wanted the same boxer o win.
Also saw trouble at haye macrienelli at the 02, millwall and Leeds fans, johannson and Kevin Mitchell were on undercard.
Seen loads of trouble on sports hall shows when traveling, like I say mostly the silly football crowds. I don't understand it myself.
Quigg Munroe 2 was the last show I went to that had loads of fighting. When u watch the fight on sky, quigg leans on the ropes at the end and watches he crowd fighting.
I think boxing just seems to attract many dickheads that like to sing about there fav football team and start fighting, most of them are no good at it!
It's always a bit of entertainment to watch when the boxings a bit slow.

Munroe v Terrazas was pretty bad, the fight was in Coventry and was on St George's Day so many Munroe (and Cov) fans had been off work and had been drinking all day. There were probably 50-60 lads who started fighting at one end of the arena and the trouble quickly moved round to other areas.
It didn't take long for people in our section to scarper, it took ages for the so called security to appear though, scary times!

Was quite a few Spurs fans at the Haye fight that night - no idea who they were following, but they got a bit involved too. Can't remember which one but Prizefighter at Olympia got a bit lively in the stands - went on for a while. Never felt worried about it - was very much between the two parties involved and couldn't see anyone who didn't want to getting stuck in - including security.

I think Froch v Bute is one where if the fight in the ring had gone another way it could have got lively. Atmosphere was heating up a bit around us (we were by the bulk of the Bute fans), but then in the ring Froch demolished him and everything calmed down.

Very small clip of what went on for 15 mins back andforwards lots of arrest and jail time and a fair few injuries been to lots of the above mentioned shows this ws by far the worst iv seen.

Rhodes v Rabchenko wasnt that bad actually. Some hero saw some scuffling & ran up to the top of the stairs to be punched hard in the face then proceeded to bounce down the steps & tear his jeans then ran off over the cycle track.

That was a ridiculous night but again it was football fans. A load of Leicester fans decided that right before the fight was starting they would start fighting.

I knew a few people who went to that on my recommendation with female friends and family as i said how good a night of boxing could be, they will never go back.

Hopefully, it won't be the last time i see boxing at the Skydome

I think the most Hostile Crowd at a fight in Britain has to be Benn vs McClellan, There was just bad vibes in the lead up to the Fight It was one of the most brutal fights in recent times,
Second to that for me was Mark Delaney vs Joe Calzaghe for the British Title, very very hostile joe still talks about it today

I was there and it was the Coventry football fans that started that, they ended up throwing chairs and bottles out of the executive suite they were in. Then they just ran away from about 50 odd Leicester fans, wasn't really much fighting, but it looked pretty bad. There's a good video on YouTube of it.
It's always football fans, idiots they are!
