University boxing questionnaire

Hello guys,

It would be great if you could help me by completing my questionnaire for university about boxing and whether it is declining or not in America.

This is an improved version of my original questionnaire which was previously posted but some of the community notices some space for improvements. The questionnaire is pretty fast to complete. There are 2 links because my free account on Survey Monkey only allows me to put 10 questions in a questionnaire and it would be expensive for me to get membership on it for just one questionnaire If you decide to fill it out, please fill out both parts. They are both pretty quick to complete. Apologies if you may get a slight feeling of a preconceived notion about the questionnaire but your replies are what will help to conclude everything, and you also get comment boxes where you can write additional information and opinions which will also be taken into account.

I dont have a doctorate degree, but if you are trying to find out whether boxing is on decline shouldn't you ask a random sample instead of people who visit boxing forums?

or just look up total usaboxing membership for different years, number of boxing gymns, number of licensed pros, attendance, tv ratings, etc
