We know it's his chin. It's also a lot of other things.

And what? Matthyse is a huge puncher, hardly a statement on Khans chin.greenyox3 wrote:If Matthyse plants one on the chin, Khan will go to sleep. Simple.

Quite possible
Re: The Khan v Diaz/Audley v Wilder/Ogogo Round by round thread
I stand by what ive said haha..... I really do think Khan was more thoughtful in there tonight. The thing is though whenever he did get caught he was getting hurt! Virgil Hunter has got an incredibly hard job on his hands because unless he turns Khan into a Rigondeaux or an Andre ward defensively minded type fighter then Amir is going to get caught and then he's going to be on rubber legs like usual!

Cunningham was a world class opponent and Fury stopped him.columbo wrote:Only in getting the stoppage and the fact he was basically mauling a guy who weighed two/three stone lighter!

there`s more chance of my mum fighting tyson fury than khan being put in the ring with matthyse,if they did it`d be goodnight khan and his career

at cruiserweight yes. Whats he achieved at heavyweight?Horse wrote:Cunningham was a world class opponent and Fury stopped him.columbo wrote:Only in getting the stoppage and the fact he was basically mauling a guy who weighed two/three stone lighter!

Yeah, Malignaggi is probably one of the few world level operators that wouldn't be able to test Khan's chin. Surely Broner would get him out of there
Re: The Khan v Diaz/Audley v Wilder/Ogogo Round by round thread
To be fair to Khan though thats the situation for the majority of people who get in the ring with Matthysse hagreenyox3 wrote:If Matthyse plants one on the chin, Khan will go to sleep. Simple.

Khan should probably just continue fighting in the UK if he can draw a crowd like that, I had no idea it would be so busy.
As long as they just avoid anyone with a pulse and keep it Diaz level or slightly lower they might be able to persuade people to come back and watch him in his back and forth tussles.

Yeah I know, but Khan would probably fancy another fight with him
Re: The Khan v Diaz/Audley v Wilder/Ogogo Round by round thread
He beat the top 5 ranked heavyweight Adamek according to most people.columbo wrote:at cruiserweight yes. Whats he achieved at heavyweight?
What had Diaz done that was better than that recently?
Re: The Khan v Diaz/Audley v Wilder/Ogogo Round by round thread
Im not sure if it would sell though. People will remember how dominant Khan was in the first fight.winkveron wrote:Yeah I know, but Khan would probably fancy another fight with him

So....... maybe Virgil Hunter is revising his opinion now of Freddie Roach.
