I was watching this fight on ESPN classic 2 days ago and it was a KO win for Tyson, not a TKO!

This is major!

I just watched the fight again and yes, it was a TKO.
Although Holmes was actually 'out' after the 3rd knockdown the referee didn't bother with a 10 count and waved the contest off.
It took well over a minute before Holmes was lifted to his feet.
