You said it was Golden Boy v Matchroom. Khan v Mayweather would not be so. They put an undercard on last week without them ffs. Stop blowing smoke up Hearns arse he ain't the second coming.

I agree, it will never happen. Amir is talking Garcia and Peterson again but he was looking as vulnerable as ever against Diaz.
Some of the punches he got caught with if they'd been from a stronger puncher, that would have been it.

Since when did "deserving" or being a "worthy opponent" have anything to do with a fight being made? Especially when it comes to Mayweather. No-one can tell me that Guerrero has done enough at 147lbs to merit a shot at Floyd, yet look what's happening this weekend.

If the $$ are there, along with Floyd being sure he'll win, the fight happens.

Besides which - as another poster above has already stated, Mayweather does tend to go on the charm offensive with British fans. Since the Hatton fight he's always said he wished he had fans like that.

You obviously failed to read my posts, I said if Goldenboy had to work with Matchroom. I never said Goldenboy V Matchroom.
Khan and Mayweather would basicly be Goldenboy fighters as they are hired in to do all of Mayweathers promoting.

I know it wouldnt happen and was just staying that it would be huge if it did. Looks like you just don't like Hearns name being linked to big fights. Lol

He can be linked to as many fights as he wishes mate.
Just sick and tired of hearing his name whenever anything to do with British boxing is mentioned.
There are other Promotors out there doing great work and at the moment this exclusivity deal with Sky isn't doing our sport any good.
I might be a gloom merchant mate but I've more time for the likes of Dennis Hobson at the moment doing it the hard way.

Its like when journalists ask Pele who going to win world cup his answer varies per country he is in.
Sometime around the 2002 World Cup, Pele was asked which English players he admired. He simply replied "I like Butt"

Still amuses me now.
