Andy Lee & Selcuk Aydin I believe, unless they're just being trained by Adam Booth?Old bones Ian wrote:Does Haye have any boxers still under the Hayemaker promotion banner? If he does what happens to them?

Re: Haye signs with Hearn
It's that absolute rarity where I had some 'insider' info and the Charr match was made (verbally at least), well over a month ago and doesn't really relate to his antics. Didn't have a clue about the link-up with Hearn though, which has to be a good move.Finn wrote:i didnt really like this fight and still dont, but charr tried so hard to get this fight i was half hoping he got it, fair play to him because without all those antics i dont think he would have got it.
Haye really needs to do a number on this guy though otherwise its not going to look great.

Yeah they'll be some build up to it. I'm sure it will be eventful however long it lastsmickey1975 wrote:Not sure about the fight itself, but the EVENT will be huge.Final round wrote:That fight should be a crackerG0mez wrote:Haye vs Tyson Fury in September on PPV.

So having avoided Price Tyson Fury is about to fight Haye... It would be a bold move.Final round wrote:Not sure about the fight itself, but the EVENT will be huge.mickey1975 wrote:That fight should be a crackerG0mez wrote:Haye vs Tyson Fury in September on PPV.

I don't think Charr will be as bad a fight as everyone is saying. After two fights in two years and Ruiz his last decent win. He'll be fighting an active fighter who believes he can win which isn't easy.

I dunno. For some reason I thought I'd read that somewhere. I must've been mistaken.Dan Dares wrote:why?ILikeBeer wrote:That surprised me. I was sure he'd be on the channel that we aren't allowed to mention.

Won't happen (unfortunately) Hennessey has been too careful matching Tyson so far and knows full well after the Cunningham fight Haye would destroy him. I'd be suprised if Fury v Pulev happens.G0mez wrote:Haye vs Tyson Fury in September on PPV.

theres no way
if tyson forfeits, then pulev will become mandatory and have a tune up fight the same time wlad bashes povetkin.
personally i see fury with main events again, this time possibly adamek or someone ranked 25-50 on boxrec

Wouldn't be a bad move. Fury is still a baby and far from the finished article. No rush whatsoever.dammage7 wrote:me too.Naandrew wrote:Won't happen (unfortunately) Hennessey has been too careful matching Tyson so far and knows full well after the Cunningham fight Haye would destroy him. I must've imagined the borefests that were Valuev, Klitschko and Audrey.

Apart from alight punching Chisora, HAYE likes his heavyweight opponents to be 40 plus years old.rhino222 wrote: charr is decent, haye is up against it, not the best choice of opponent i think..
Haye is a master salesman, selling shit as sugar.

I think Haye will stop him comfortably. Too quick for the plodding Charr.rhino222 wrote: charr is decent, haye is up against it, not the best choice of opponent i think..

i actually cant believe people hyping up charr. seriouslyDeserter wrote:I think Haye will stop him comfortably. Too quick for the plodding Charr.rhino222 wrote: charr is decent, haye is up against it, not the best choice of opponent i think..
same people said what has he done to achieve a title fight vs vitali. since that loss, he has beaten 2 more journey men.
dont believe the hype. if a shot pensioner danny williams made charr struggle, HAYE is gonna destroy this slow guy in 2 rounds.
yes vitali, beat him on cuts, but that cos he kept punching him in the face to cause them.

Re: Haye signs with Hearn
So what happened to Haye saying he wants to retire with his faculties intact?
Has he talked about the u-turn at all? Or is the reason purely to carve out a path to the Klitschkos? He must know there's a great chance neither of them will be there by the time he gets a mandatory position.

Tomasz Bonin - 34 some might say the peak age for a heavyweight
Monte Barratt - 37 - gatekeeper to world level
Valuev - 36 and a world title holder
Ruiz - 38 and mandatory
Harrison - 38; risk v reward is the biggest no-brainer available.
Klit - 35 and unified champion
Chisora - 28
Charr - 29

Ok, nearer 40!
No yong dangerious punchers in there apart from wlad and his toe bailed.
Hardly a dangerous set of fighters.
Admit is, Haye cherry picked his TOE to to a TITLE.
