Sanders/Tua.
Sanders/Tua.
Hmmm...I think this would be exciting. Who takes it?
Tua for me. Better chin sees him through.

Re: Sanders/Tua.
Can we have a Corrie Sanders armistice on this forum? At least for one week?
Re: Sanders/Tua.
I'm not a member of the cult of Corrie, may he rest in peace. I do think this fight would be a fun one, though. No more Corrie threads from me for a good while, though; two will do.loaded_gloves wrote:Can we have a Corrie Sanders armistice on this forum? At least for one week?

corrie is rolling over in his grave.loaded_gloves wrote:Can we have a Corrie Sanders armistice on this forum? At least for one week?
as even he can not believe the after death ass kissing on this forum
Re: Sanders/Tua.
I can't believe it, either. I never saw it like this when he was alive.MEISINGER wrote:corrie is rolling over in his grave.loaded_gloves wrote:Can we have a Corrie Sanders armistice on this forum? At least for one week?

Re: Sanders/Tua.
How is it kissing his ass putting him in mythical match-ups that nobody thinks he can win? Tua by KO somewhere between rounds 7-10. Would be a fun fight though.MEISINGER wrote:corrie is rolling over in his grave.loaded_gloves wrote:Can we have a Corrie Sanders armistice on this forum? At least for one week?

Re: Sanders/Tua.
Sanders was actually a very decent fighter.
200 amateur fights, with something like only 3 losses. (I speak under correction here)
Problem was, as a younger man he loved rugby also, and was a decent flanker.
This lead to knee problems and surgery that impacted on his roadwork and fitness later.
He certainly was a natural fighter, with blistering handspeed to go with a natural killer instinct.
Oh, what might have been....
All the tools.....etc....etc....

Re: Sanders/Tua.
And people are judging too much for what happened with Rahman and Vitali, when he already had had a very long career, and like you say suffered from injuries.kaiserbill wrote:Sanders was actually a very decent fighter.

No they are saying he's garbage. Which seems a bit off really. Read the Sanders/Moorer thread.MEISINGER wrote:i do not think anyone is saying corrie is garbage or crapkaiserbill wrote:Sanders was actually a very decent fighter.

Re: Sanders/Tua.
I've never said Corrie Sanders was garbage, he's a naturally talented fighter who carried a very big punch in his left hand no doubt about it, but he's certainly not an elite fighter by any means.polecateddy wrote:No they are saying he's garbage. Sorry , only just seen this after starting another thread involving. However, I do think there is a bit more milege to be gained from Sanders in mythical match ups. I'm enjoying reading the debate.
