Khan is in my top 5 favorite fighters in the world, but no way is beating brook or Purdy deserving of a shot at Floyd ! It's not going to be easy but khan has to beat Garcia in a rematch first ! Peterson I'm personally not bothered about as I feel khan won and he (peterson) tested positive, if brook beats alexander and then khan he might deserve a shot at Floyd.

Beating Alexander for the IBF title is good enough to get a shot at Mayweather now he is planning on fighting twice a year.

So much for Amir redeeming himself against Danny Garcia.

Maybe Garcia can box Breidis Prescott next.

Also, how can Khan box Alexander next? Isn't Alexander obliged to face Kell Brook after he beats up Purdy?

No, Purdy has taken his mandatory position. Brook will have to wait 12 months for the next mandatory.

Floyd Mayweather v Lee Purdy, it has a nice ring to it.

If this happens, which it should, I will go for Purdy to bang him out in less than 3 rounds and lose his first defence to Colin Lynes.

alexander- khan would be a good fight for khan. there is a bit of quit in alexander (see bradley fight) but he is an excellent boxer, and maybe doesnt punch as hard as some of the other top guys in the division. if khan fought on the back foot( see kotelnik fight) he might get away with a boring points win.
