-Jeff Holcomb was for the NABC and Vacant WBE (World Boxing Empire) Cruiserweight titles

-Shannon Landberg was a IBA Cruiserweight title defense (no vacancy)

-James Morrow was for the NABC and WBF Americas Cruiserweight titles

And how can you list in his biography he won THESE EXACT TITLES and yet not have them shown on his record what so ever? This is almost a slap in the face to a man whose livelihood has been boxing, and he personally feels as if this site is criticising him for his efforts. It would be the right thing to do to correct his record.

The following link provided by the NABC that Gunn indeed fought for the WBE title against Jeff Holcomb and gives a report of the entire fight. Again, it is appreciated if this could be changed.

Two days has passed and no corrections to the record. Mr. Gunn is quite upset, and has even asked me whether the failure to comply at BoxRec is racist in nature, considering his gypsy heritage.

That and it doesnt help matters when it seems the man in charge of Gunn's profile (Wouter, isnt it?) has such remarks as "Bobby Gunn is a bum" on articles concerning his matches. I would like to ask the site to either make these changes ASAP or I would like to ask if I can work on Mr. Gunn's profile instead of Wouter.

It's of no consolation to Bobby Gunn, but unfortunately there are a lot of 'title' fights missing from boxers records on Boxrec.
I have pointed some out in the past to no avail.

SteveO you were very influencial in updating the famed Jem Roche's record, when for nearly 100 years boxing experts had him listed as 0-1-0 (0). I do recognize that there are hundreds of fighters with missing fights on their records, and title matches unlisted. However, when Gunn's biography states he held all those titles, yet it is not included on his record, it does put the site in a bad light. Certainly something can be done, for a fighter that is still active in boxing and has dedicated nearly 30 years of his life to the business. Jesus bless.

News flash boxrec isn't an official record keeper.

Then this site shouldn't boast to be the #1 source of anything, when there is blatant disregard and incompetancy with record keeping. I find it morally irresponsible and ironic that last month, BoxRec had me listed as fighting for the 'ATG Junior Middleweight' title, without back checking whether the title was valid or not, YET they wont list actual titles won by Bobby Gunn and (as SteveO put it) hundreds of others. What's it to hurt anything or anybody by taking a mere ten minutes out of their time to do something right for a change? Jesus bless.
