i have no reason to doubt anything he says but guaranteed it would take
an army of accountants years to figure it all out. hypothetically there have been people
who had money spread out in lots of accounts of family members and under other
names, etc. if anyone had money, the most dangerous thing is for people to
easily see where it all is, especially the government and lawyers. doesn't matter
what you owed and paid, they will always come back for more.
