I think the Oct. 1, 1983 KO by 3 James McGirt, on Tom Fischer's record is in error.
That bout is listed on Tom's record in the 84 RRB p.110, along with other 4 other results from Larry Fleming's record on the next page (101).
Fleming was KO'd by "Buddy" McGirt in New York on Sept. 30, 1983, (one day earlier) which is in McGirts record on p. 148.
According 2 Bill Miley's 1984 MidWest Boxing Record Book, p. 25, Fischer was inactive in 1983.
