John Fewkes v Dale Miles
Decent fight, seems to have slipped under the radar. Miles up, and Fewkes down to welterweight, eight rounds in Yorkshire.
What do y'all reckon?

All of Dale Miles fights are normally exciting. This should be no different.

Tough task for Fewkey. Miles is one tough hombre.

Isn't Fewkes a bit too brittle for these kind of matches. Conditioning seems a bit of an issue.

Fewkes is using a triathlete as his conditioner who has always got Jezz Wilson in great shape. Photos of Fewkes after his last weigh-in were posted on here and people were amazed at how ripped he looked.polecateddy wrote:Isn't Fewkes a bit too brittle for these kind of matches. I think this will be a great clash of styles. Fewekes is terrific at negating his opponents strengths, has a great engine when fit and superb skills to go with an top drawer boxing brain. I dont think too much should be read into the gethin loss as his terrible attitude to wt making would imo have contributed to the manner of his loss. Miles is a terrific banger and a fair technician himself as well as been hard as nails but its fewkey for me!!
