Art Swiden

Does anyone know where I can get a photo of exboxer Art Swiden? He fought from 1946 to 1960, and was out of Pittsburgh. He sadly passed away last year and he was a friend from many years ago. I have tried so many websites with no results. Thanks,

Just want to say a big "Thank You" to Dave at http://www.Pugilistica.com for finding a photo of Art Swiden for me, circa 1948, with his then manager. I knew Art after he retired from boxing, was working at a great Jazz nightclub restaurant , in Pittsburgh,as the manager there, and he sort of took me under his wing, as I was a young waitress there, and I will never forget all his kindnesses and his pranks and jokes, which made all of us laugh, and that he encouraged me to follow my dreams which I did. He was a legend to all of us who knew him, and he will be deeply missed. If any one else has any stories about him, would love to hear about them. I think boxers today get the glory, the money and all that goes with it. But when Art used to talk about his boxing days, and he fought some on the greats (and won!) he didnt seem to get these things. He deserved them all. With much thanks again.
