I said a few days ago this fight would answer the question if Lucas was overrated, which I felt he was, I was obviously wrong. I think a lot of people with similar opinions as mine will have to re-access their opinion after this bout.

I'd be surprised if Danny is steered away from Lucas for any other reason then Floyd calls him up to the big leagues which I don't see happening, but who knows. I think Amir is gonna be U-turned the f#ck outta this 140 situation like he took a wrong turn into a bad neighborhood. GBP is throwing Amir into a meat grinder if he has to fight Danny or Lucas. I think Amir has more value for GBP then to just help make a bigger name outta Danny or Lucas.

People seem to be forgetting awful quick that he got outboxed soundly against Alexander. I mean, it's funny how that result got changed to an official "shaft" a few minutes ago when at the time of their fight, most people believed Alexander beat him pretty clearly.

It's fine to start a bandwagon, let's just not drive it off a cliff.

Matthysse got shafted against Alexander and Judah. Pleased he won convincingly here.
Yeah, Peterson should've never got that Khan decision. He's been living off Khan's success and finally that's ended.

Alexander didn't outbox crap. He threw a lot of ineffective aggression and ran around as his eye burned. Matthysse would KTFO DA in a rematch

Going to have to disagree Bobby. I thought Mattysse clearly beat Alexander. Not a lop sided decision, but a clear one.

I thought Matthysse won when it happened. I believe I had it 96-93 in his favor. It's been a while though so I don't really remember, but I remember feeling Matthysse won.

I've maintained contact with Saad via email, he was still picking Peterson to win a tight decision recently. I picked Matthysse to win a decision maybe scoring a knockdown along the way...but I absolutely didn't expect the destruction that we wound up getting.

WTF fight were YOU watching?! Matthysse got robbed clearly in that bullsh!t 10 rounder.

Just sit the fvck down. This is Mathysse's night, and there are a whole lot of teams working on their strategies to avoid this beast.

Matthysse may be the reason that the Canelo fight happens with FMJ in September now.
