WWII era Amatuers and Military
Hi I'm interested in finding records, pictures or stories about an amateur boxer named Jose Trinidad Mojica. He is my wife's grandfather, and he was just a straight up athlete. He got drafted in baseball by the Cardinals, served in the US Navy during a time of war,boxed and from all that I've heard about him was just a great man. He actually had to win one of his matches in order to take military leave so he could marry my wife's Grandmother. I believe he also had some bouts outside of the military as well. If anyone has any info or could send me in the proper direction on how to dig up pictures stories or stats that would be cool. thank you
