Anyone else silently wanting Kessler to KO Froch in Rd 11?

Post by TopGun »

Ive really warmed to Kessler of late and I know it sounds un patriotic but I found myself silently wanting Kessler to KO Froch in Rd 11. I'm either getting soft or was feeling a bit sorry for him....

Froch is a top class boxer but I can't really warm to his personality; I prefer how Kessler (and Ward and Groves) come across and I wanted Mikkel to get him out as I'd a tenner riding on it.

I was quite happy with the outcome I didn't want either to be dropped.

No, i like Froch.......

I was hoping that he would stop Kessler in that last round, but i think the referee was right to step back and let Kessler finish that last round.

I had a big bet I'm Froch outright so no, not this time. Looking back I have done alright with Carl. Backed Kessler and Ward to beat him, him to beat Johnson on points and then last night. His fights are reasonably easy to predict. Would back Kessler again if they fought in Denmark. Lost, or was robbed, on the Dirrell fight.
