DeGale is not the biggest hitter out there, but he's very fast, durable & if GG started exchanging with him, I think DeGale would do him. And this is from a Groves fan.
Yes I'd love to see a rematch but like you say they won't give him one. Too close to call still. DeGale hasn't been standing still and his slicker and faster switch hitting style will always cause problems for Groves. Though George's right hand is a game changer and he's shown some excellent finishing in his last few.

George said in an interview that in the fight with Degale he deliberately didn't plant his feet and put full leverage into his shots as he wanted to get in and out but if they were to rematch he would do that and KO him next time. I would go with George in a rematch but there's a chance that tactic could work against him as he could stay in the pocket a bit too long and get caught. Have to say though he is looking bigger and a bit more compact than when he fought Degale.
Get him in with Magee or even Abraham next who i think is made for George, then Stieglitz. Let George & James get it on when there's a title on the line.
