Ok im 36. want to compete again at white collar kind of level.
Boxed amateur as a kid had 14 fights. Up until I was 30 i trained in jujitsu for 20 years and a few years went back and kept fit for a half season here and there at a boxing club with light sparring to help out some of the youngsters.
I want to try and compete again and all that entails
Does anyone know of any white collar type places in hayes/hounslow/Harrow area where an old man can go in and train ?
