Scott drew with a major prospect and many think he won that fight. He beats Chisora and he could land a shot soon enough.

I'd say going 3 clear losses and 1 controversial loss at world level is what a gatekeeper is. He has the ability to spring an upset , but usually loses when in top class.

Yeah, I'd agree that Chisora is a gatekeeper. World champions will have the beating of him, but pretenders won't.

Malik is good. Not a puncher but a very slick operator and got robbed against the Ukrainian prospect Glazkov who was a very good amateur. I think he beat Price as an amateur and maybe Helenius aswell although im not 100% sure on the latter.

Fury was blowing out of his arse in the final round and Haye looked to be blowing at times too.

Del Boy is a gatekeeper, a good one too. He should always be getting work. I think he needs what he wold consider a challenge to get him in the mood too as he has looked diabolical against sub standard opposition at times!

I wouldn't (not how I remember it anyway), he was forcing Haye to fight at a pace that he didn't like and Del boy was coming into the fight when Haye hit him with a 5 punch combo

I am sorry but i don't rate Chisora at all he is predictable and doesn't seem to have the great salvation of many limited fighters -a big punch. I think he's a durable domestic/european level fighter and a long way behind Haye, Fury and even Price.

I'd say Kevin Johnson is currently your heavyweight gatekeeper level although that might be pushing it actually.

Malik Scott has got to be one of the slowest burning prospects ever. When he came back last year I was really hoping he'd have found some power from somewhere but alas he just doesn't have any real pop on his shots. His conditioning looks better though and he looks the part more with his tattoos.

Chisora would have to be at his fittest to beat Scott I reckon.

Sorry but it wasn't rubbish Fury was not in great shape for Chisora as his subsequent improvement in conditioning under Peter Fury has shown so my point was valid neither he nor Chisora were in great shape and consequently the result was representative of their respective abilities.

I have just watched Dels interview on Bunces Boxing Hour. It was one of the most ridiculous I have ever heard, and I have heard a few... Bunce was asking why he thought no Brit would dare fight him(Sexton, Fury, Haye), why he couldn't get a big fight(Fury, Klitschko, Helenius, Haye) and if it wound him up the Klitschkos fighting substandard opposition instead of him!(he did get a fight, and HE didn't deserve it!). He also revealed Fury was offered more to face him on July 20th than he would get for taking on Haye. 1million+ with PPV?

Fury was in great shape for that fight by his standards. Chisora was an absolute fornicating mess.
