Good to hear the sport desperately needs terrestrial coverage.

I think it is an ok fight for a guy with only 16 fights behind him and who was possibly before his last fight getting into the realms of being too inactive. Bozic has a fair few losses but has in the past been brought in by World class fighters as a warm up to a bigger fight and I don't see a big problem with DeGale feasting off of these guys to up his ranking bit by bit.

Tyson Fury has put on twitter he has a big announcement to make on this show. Announcing Next Opponent most likely.

Why would that happen? This will be the third time Eubank will be on a DeGale undercard.

I'll probably get shouted down, but I find DeGale impossible to like. Him saying "Ugly Boy" 2,547 times in the lead up to the Groves fight is probably the most annoying thing I've ever seen in boxing. If not on television.

He has announced (on Twitter) that he is to make an announcement in a few weeks time??

I am getting seriously tired of all these announcements about announcements. What happened to the days when things just got announced? now along with speculation about how a certain fight will go we are forced to speculate on what will be announced. :witzend:

In a few weeks time, he'll call a press conference to announce that there's another announcement coming soon. :TU:

I dont think you can fault Mick with the way he matches his fighters. Froch Fury Eubank Degale have all been matched hard under his tutelage.

Have they? I agree regarding Froch and fury but the guys degale are fighting are hardly world beaters.

Not world beaters but he has got more consistent outings against fighters that will give him a proper run out and give him differetn styles to think about. He needs a bit of rebuilding in some respects. Give Hennessey another year and providing he still has a tv contract he will get him in some good fights.

I think Eubank is being matched exactly how a prospect theoretically should be matched. A few journeymen then a few win some lose some and then a few lower level unbeaten guys or guys with winning records.

I think DeGale has a much better chance of beating Froch than George Groves. Just sayin'.

Really? I must have missed that announcement. Is there any news of when he's going to announce what the announcement is? Or will we have to wait for an announcement about it?

Good to see Eubank Jr fighting again. At this stage of his career, he needs to be fighting every month or two. What with all the Channel 5 messing around, he's had to wait since before Christmas. That's a long time when you've only had 9 fights.

Hopefully Meaty Mick can sort something else out for him soon. Even if he has to sort out some kind of foreign trip again.
