Jennins V Pryce

I thought it was an excellent advert for british boxing and the coveted lonsdale belt. Jennings weathered a couple of awful moments in the fight and I think this will benefit him greatly. It also highlighted the champion's heart and awsome fitness.

Prce was good value, and I backed him against the untested Jennings. However, I felt that he had injured his right hand half way through the fight, although Pryce did not metion it in the post-fight interview. He could not throw it with any conviction and looked to try and set Jennings up for left hooks of the jab. Did anyone else notice this or heard anything to support my claim?

Bradley for some reason took his foot off the gas in that opening round.

I suspect that Pryce could feel Jennings was still strong and was not going to be swept aside. Jennings really does have a conditioning level above domestic class IMO, much like Nicky Cook. That will always prove the difference.
