A short but interesting interview with Paulie Malignaggi.................

Paulie seems to suggest that you can't get anywhere these days in American boxing if you aren't in someway connected to Al Haymon. It always seems that boxing is governed by two or three individuals and hasn't changed a great deal from the Don King / Bob Arum days. Paulie reckons that a fighter like him wouldn't be known these days and was fortunate that he came up under a different generation of fighters. Also, he makes an interesting point about which doping body was to regulate the pre-fight build up. Paulie say's that the organisation he least prefered to deal with were given the job and it was a take it or leave it scenario. This question arises after the interviewer raises the question of Broner moving up two weight divisions to take on Paulie. Always comes across as a smart individual and look out for the "boxing's full of shi.t" comment too 8)

Yeah, Paulie is a straight talking no nonsense guy and said some interesting things. Quite an intelligent guy is Paulie, though i still think he will get his ass handed to him by Broner.
