Dawson is overrated and has been for a while therefore Stevensons win by spectacular ko is not as good as first thought. Where was Dawsons defence? I dont box and i could see that punch coming. If Stevenson was that great why has he not had many big money fights so far in his career at the age of 35?
The only problem is Bellew for all his honesty and endevour is like what Teddy Atlas would say is a B+ fighter at best. Bellew could give Stevenson problems and could make the fight relatively boring like he has in his last couple of fights and he could nick a few early rounds. If that happens Bellew could win or draw but if he gets caught too early in the fight he will lose though if that happens I still wont be that impressed by Stevenson.

Hopkins-Murat fight just been cancelled. So we might see Hopkins-Stevenson in September.
Re: Bomber Vs Stevenson
hopkins-stevenson or kovalev?
Re: Bomber Vs Stevenson
If they are wise Stevenson's team will avoid Hopkins for now and get some decent paydays in the bank first. The old fox is great a negating athleticism and power.Grand_Cru54 wrote:Hopkins-Murat fight just been cancelled. So we might see Hopkins-Stevenson in September.

Let's be real here, Stevenson is limited but Bellew is not the guy to beat him. Froch is, however.

I think Hopkins is the man to beat him. I think he beats Boomer and has a punchers chance with Froch.Riddick Blowe wrote:Let's be real here, Stevenson is limited but Bellew is not the guy to beat him. Froch is, however.
