Boxers of the past

I'm writing in relation to my fathers boxing career I am unable to find any thing to do with his boxing matches is there anyone that has heard of or knows him his name is Noel Dobson he fought through the 70s as a welter weight from what I understand he won the golden gloves for consecutive years not sure of the period but if you have any information or could steer me in the right direction I would be very appreciative thanks Dobbo
