What's the deal with Gypsy Billy Daniels?

I've updated both versions of the game, and the only Billy Daniels is from Harlem and only fought at HW.

Sad as it seems I guess Gypsy Billy Daniels just wasn't meant to be. However, I would like to request GYPSY JOHNNY FRANKHAM, if he is on the sim. Surely a light heavyweight from the 1960s-1980s ought to be somewhere on the system. Jesus bless.
