Im pretty certain Bellew wont shy away from it though , He will gladly accept the fight IMO .

Stevenson isnt the most technically gifted of boxers but can bang , although he has been flattened himself too if i remember rightly .

Stevenson's boxing is better than people give him credit for though.

I like Tony but my advice to him would be to get a cheap bed at Bupa as it could be a painful KO! Adonis is a monster

I don't see a monster, I see a crude boxer with above average power.

Dawson has been vulnerable for a couple of years now and the win has flattered Adonis.

Don't get me wrong, he's fun and I'm a fan - but people think he's the second coming !

I don't think Stevenson is all that great but he looks capable and hits hard - I think he'll sweep Bellew outside.

Yeah but the thing is, Bellew isnt all that special either! He's very tall for the weight and he uses his height and reach well and he's also a pretty good thing. He looks very slow and uncoordinated at times to me though. His footwork in particular is not great! Also the last southpaw he fought if i remember correctly was Bob Ajisafe right and he got put down in that fight! If Ajisafe can put him on his backside imagine what Stevenson will do to him.

Adonis runs out of ideas after a few rounds. Bellew can stick to a plan - so could steal a decision.
Biggest prob for Bellew is that he does not have the best chin, and he may be strong, but he is not a big puncher.

spot on... im not a fan of Bellew i think he do well just to get a euro belt.... hes is not world class i know i wont be popular when i say this but cleverly has more chance.... that is if FW stops crushing his career...

I think this will be too much for Tony. I wish him the best and hope he proves me wrong! When you have heart, you've always got a chance...

let's see if and how he can develop and how Adonis fits into that mini boxing boom in Canada. there've been some very good and exciting fighters, diaconu, pascal, bute, and troy ross. maybe Adonis is a late bloomer.

some guys when they win a world title add more to their game. I recall iran barkley, who showed some good pressure and body punching and maturity, following his KO of tommy hearns, vs Roberto duran. barkley did lose but he showed some really solid and mature stuff in there, and that night, it took a legend to beat him.

one question, can Stevenson get back down to 168 because he does seem to fancy a fight with froch, perhaps after he beats bellew - IF he beats bellew I should say.

What's happened to Bellew's power? Didn't he knock people out for fun in the amateurs?

A routine defence for Stevenson; Bellew will be back at Euro level where he belongs, or whining about a rematch with Clev when he loses this fight!

They don't go over as easy at a higher level!
