Good fight.

Doubt the winner progresses further, but glad he won the belt.

Good fight really made up for the first one credit to both men, Thats the best I have seen Smith, the kid could always box but seemed to avoid doing it at times.

Fielding v Smith I guess now - see what Eddie says but its the obvious fight if they can make it

Good fight at this stage of their careers. Smith won't go beyond this level and Dodson really should have retired a while ago.

Dodson showed a lot of bravery to come back from some hairy moments and it was a great punch from Smith to end it. 10 out of 10 from both men. :TU:

Good fight. Really like smith. Shaping up to be really good pundit, but hope he has a couple more wars in him still.

Great little scrap, Smith always looked to have the edge in power and caught Dodson coming in time and again. I agree I don't think Smith has much further to go, but should be in some good British level scraps still with Groves and Degale now going for bigger things.

If that happens it will either be a mandatory or Eddie will have fvck all to do with it.

There was more action in the 3rd round than the whole of the last fight.

Cracking fight, I really enjoyed that, especially the third round! Glad for Smith, I wonder what he can do at European level.

Can't wait for Rees and Crolla now, the earlier fights weren't great but Smith Dodson has really got me up for it now.

I've got a couple of quid on a Rees stoppage in the second half of the fight. I think his fitness has improved in recent times and he wont fade as he has done in the past.

Think the boat has long sailed for Smith to reach European level. Still, some decent fights potentially at domestic. Fielding, even Anderson if he ever comes back. A hard man.

Djokovic lookalike is top class!!

I'd like to watch DeGale against Golovkin, just to see James get knocked out. :box:

He loses to degale everyday of the week! Groves chinned him with a great shot one of the best I've seen groves throw infact. I'd say smith has more chance against groves but I think these to lads are world class & smith has to climb his on way up & can rack up some good scalps. He needs a rudy markussen, Magee type of fighter after a few defences of his British & then see where he can build. He hasn't had a hard career really so is plenty fresh & needs to take his time & take the right fights

I was at the show at weekend and I found this fight to be the most compelling. Both men opened up lots and threw plenty bombs, but I also thought Smith boxed brilliantly at times. I do shadow most people's views that his level is at British, but for me that says a lot about how good the British standard is. Although he's making a great pundit IMO; I'm glad he won the fight as I'm looking forward to seeing him back in the ring soon.

Warren needs to get smith a euro title shot. Nothing for him at domestic level, needs to move on hes been there all his career. Hes clearly not world level (see groves/degale fights) but he could have a good run at euro level. Would love to see him fight anderson if he does win the euro belt.
