How would he be able to see his keyboard with his face buried in Fury's, presumably, hairy arse? Maybe Horse is blind and has a braille keyboard? Possibly, but unlikely, as he watches boxing. Maybe his eyesight is really poor (is this why he rates Fury so highly?) so for all intents and purposes he is considered blind and does in fact use a braille keyboard? What do you think Counter-Puncher?

Haye is an arrogant cock at times but he's still an talented arrogant cock! Wladimir never looked in complete control against Haye and he does most opponents.

I've realised long ago in life that when 99 people see the colour blue, there is always someone who will see pink.
I'm sure that in your little heart of hearts, you really, really believe this about the Wlad/Haye fight.
Meanwhile, most normal, sane people saw a lopsided shut-out.

I think Haye is over rated by British boxing fans.
I also think Fury has a lot to learn.

It will be a freak show, a slow motion train wreck.

It was a lopsided shutout for one reason - Haye did absolutely sod all and Wlad did a little bit more; it wasnt a Calzaghe v Lacy style fight. People who put that down as a wlad domination must be either a wlad fan or a haye hater. It was a piss poor performance by both the only reason wlad isnt getting ripped to shreds for his performance is because people remember haye doing all the talking, then see the points margins and expected wlad to be safety first / boring anyway.

Nonsense.

I see you take the schoolyard tactic of George W Bush to heart: "You're either with us or against us."

I'm neither a big Wlad fan, nor a big Haye hater.
The fight was what it was. Haye was challenger, and had to grab the title, yet run like a scalded cat and hardly threw any punches.
Wlad was the champion, and simply had to defend his title. In hindsight, and without getting emotional, that was an extremely easy defence for him. An easy payday.

And why should Wlad be the one to take stick?
Has the overwhelming post-fight embarrassment and recriminations after Davids performance been so easily and readily forgotten?

I think David Haye is an over rated heavyweight.
I think Fury, whilst showing heart and improving, is still extremely clumsy and slow.

Still, I suppose both fellows naturally find their level at this juncture in their careers.

It was a shut out but it still wasnt a really one sided fight. Haye still caught Wladmir a few times in the fight with big shots that made Wladimir hold on. He just didnt do it enough. I can honestly say im not some big Haye fan or anything and if anything I like the Klitschko's as like the way they conduct themselves. To say it was some kind of beatdown though would be naive.

I never use street smack like "beatdown".

However, your first description in your earlier post is indeed an accurate description: Wlad was in complete control of the fight against Haye.

I'm flabbergasted that anyone could see it in any other light. He barely lost a round, and was never really troubled by Haye on his way to a 118-108, 117-109, and 116-110 unanimous decision.

As said, on reflection, an easy payday and title defence.
And very one sided.

I think Davids problem was that he and his camp assumed that using the same tactics as against Valuev would work.
This was a very big error.

Valuev had nowhere near the mobility or boxing ability that Wlad possesses. Valuev was basically a giant lump who didnt punch particularily hard and just came forward very slowly.

It seems from Peter & Tyson Fury's tweets over the past hour that this is very much ON.

Peter says he has held productive talks with Adam Booth today and have ironed out the issues he had a problem with; and that he agreed Adam would announce to the press.

How did haye run he stood in front of wlad for the entire fight. You're giving wlad far to much credit he planned to destroy haye "pizza face" "50th ko" or whatever he had promised in the end he could only do enough to edge each round. At no point did he give haye a beating or even really hurt him in fact the only meaningful punch came from haye. Wlad did the running he threw a couple of jabs then jumped back out of range and didnt engage; he controlled the fight in that manor but I highly doubt his plan was to let it go the distance and have haye walk out without a mark on him then sit there in the interview with a black eye himself. Even vitali was pissed at him for his lack of aggression because they wanted to do haye some damage.

Wlad was underwhelming in that fight its just that haye was even worse.

This is pretty fair.

Wlad could not hit Haye, and when haye hit Wlad he was rocked, especially in the last round. I think on a different night, or a rematch, Haye would put more pressure on and we would have a better fight, but the whole 12 rounds they were both safety first, just that Haye's game plan was all about the 1 or 2 punch knockout. For all its faults I did enjoy watching Haye's superb head movement always just out of range from Wlad's shots.

Could it be that it's finally on?

http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/ ... ly-4804164
Tyson Fury and David Haye are ready to go head-to-head after staging last-ditch talks to save their £10m heavyweight showdown.

The much-anticipated clash was on the verge of being secured last night, with both fighters set to take a 50-50 split of the proceeds.

Protracted negotiations for the fight at the Manchester Arena on September 28 were put back on track after Fury agreed to give Haye ‘championship status’ to ensure the bout goes ahead.

I remember you now.

You were amazed that someone from the medical profession could have played rugby and boxed at some stage in their life.
You seemed unable to cope with the fact that somebody may have been a willing and active participant in various interesting things in life, and not had to settle for mediocrity.

As such, you seem easily impressed by things that others find mundane or mildly interesting.

You were also hopelessly out of your depth in the medical discussions when you lovingly swallowed Davids post fight excuses uncritically.
Your inability to decipher what is going in front of your own eyes is laughable.

I could always find the thread so that your "manor" (sic) of posting may be better analysed.

Klitschko running?
If you manage to watch the fight again, note the "manor" (sic) in which it is Klitschko who controls the ring centre for almost the entire fight, with David moving around the ring fringes.

You should learn not to hero worship so much, leave the revisionist claptrap out of it, and look at things with a more discerning eye.

Otherwise you'll continue to be treated as a rubbish parody poster who simply lies often when posting.

This place. :D

On the topic of Haye vs Fury, I suppose we only have prior evidence to go on.

Contrary to what some may read into my posts, I'm not dismissive of David Haye.
I'm just not convinced he should be as highly rated as others obviously do.

Having said that, he does show some very good footwork, lateral movement, and handspeed, as you would expect from a fighter who spent much of his career in the cruiserweight division.
I also think he does pack a good punch.

The two large fellows he's fought couldn't have been more different.
Valuev was a painfully slow, lumbering fighter with non-existent footwork, lateral movement, handspeed, and the ability to put together a decent combination. He has also demonstrated an almost total lack of ability to slip punches.
Klitschko was actually quite athletic, and shows good movement for a bigger heavyweight. Whilst he rarely puts a lot of combinations together, he does have the ability to do so when he thinks it is necessary. Something I noticed when Wlad fought David, and which was picked up by the commentators on more than one occasion, was that David seemed surprised by the speed of Wlads long jab.

Now, Fury is nowhere near Wlad, but is certainly better than Valuev.

This is one of those fights that can go either way.
I suspect that it will be a case of David blasting him out early, or Fury simply weathering it and leaning all over Haye in spoiling fashion.
One thing I am surprised at is the lack of the use of uppercuts when in closing in on David.
Perhaps Fury would be well served trying that if it goes into the corner or on the ropes.

I'm leaning toward a Haye victory, simply because he's faster and much the better boxer and ring technician.
Fury has proven to be quite easy to hit, to put it mildly.
Yet, Fury does have his own basic, rough-edged strengths.

Of course, I may be wrong.

 No Dr Bill i was the guy who embarrassed you over your claims about rugby and the "who are you" chant from british fans (which you tried to argue to the death) thats why you remember me (you saying you were an expert on everything you were trying to argue about was neither here nor there). But i like they way you have tried to put a spin on it.

Wasnt the conversation something like -
Bill - i play rugby i know more about rugby fans than anyone also and ive never heard the chant who are you, its thuggish behaviour by haye fans.
Me - I live in rugby UK where rugby was invented, its a common chant in alot of british sport heres a link to a you tube video of families and japanese tourists at the gunners stadium chanting it.
Bill - I box
Me - Thats nice
Bill - Im also a doctor
Me - good for you
Bill - hate people like you im a boxing doctor and rugby player i know everything you just dont believe me because you dont understand my awesomeness.
Me - Your mums so fat she jumped in the air and got stuck.
Bill - :oo did i tell you im a rugby playing doctor and boxer ----- respect my authorita.

Hero worship is believing someone who put in a poor performance in fact delivered a master class.http://youtu.be/elkj-nroI40
