Adamek for a light-heavy, moving to heavyweight and still retaining an aggressive style has done well. God knows what drugs this guy consumes, but still he was a handful for all but the Klitschkos. I suspect he's a bit over-the-top now though.

As I said, Adamek hasn't beaten anyone worth beating. He is bonafide top ten but that says more about the division.

His achievements at light heavy and cruiser seem to count ( I actually agree ) in your eyes yet I bet you are one of these that plays down Haye's own achievements at a lower weight!!

If Fury beats Haye he will be top 3 ( or 4 ) but there isn't much chance of that happening.

Chambers and Scott are mediocre at best and I have never seen a title for heavyweight sparring champion of the world before!

Actually I am a big fan of David Haye's too. I was one of the very few who said he would go the full route with Vladimir Klitschko. He was easily the most popular heavyweight around when he held the WBA trinket. And he still is very popular and he still is the fastest man on wheels so to speak. But I do wonder how much he does have left considering he's only fought once in what two years?

That's a good point; doing work in the gym and keeping in trim is not really enough to remain a highly ranked active boxer is it? He is good for he division as he is colourful and an exciting boxer; e is not a real threat to either Klitsko however and Povetkin would beat him handily as well.

That is an issue and also how hungry is Haye these days? Is this a way to make a fast buck for him?
