Murray will put up a better fight then Macklin did ! He might need that baseball bat to win though !G0mez wrote:They have offered Martin Murray the fight (apparently) for New York, subject to visa issues in November I think.
I hope Martin has that baseball bat he mentioned !

Re: GGG vs FROCH?
I know. Who the hell are these people? Where on earth has this massive army of 'nuthugging' GGG cheerleaders come from? And why are they in the British forum? Please, guys, if you picked Golovkin by KO, hold your hands up, admit it and we can probably forgive you if you put up a compelling enough argument for losing your senses in the hype.jessi wrote:Can't believe 50% of boxrec regulars think Froch gets ko'd by GGG ! Re: GGG vs FROCH?
I don't know why people are taking the poll seriously, GGG by KO is clearly the controversy vote.
I'd like to see Golovkin v Chavez Jr. Something about it says good fight.

Re: GGG vs FROCH?
About Frochs size though, doesn't he fight and walk at not much above 170? Golovkin fought Mack at 169. TBH that's not a huge size advantage by any stretch. It's a fight I'd really like to see made down the line, and while I would (slightly) favour Golovkin as the more skilled boxer, I could see it going either way.Terminator666 wrote:Everyone loves a big puncher, that's why GGG has 41 votes for a ko. Going up eight pounds in weight though, nobody knows for certain if his tremendous punching power would be as effective.
