Scott Harrison needed one more defence to win the lonsdale belt outright and the board couldnt get him an opponent he never got handed a belt,a case of one rule for one and one for anotherCoco wrote:In fairness Wilton had fought nobody either.
There was a time when the BBBoC wouldn't have allowed it, they actually ended up awarding Magri a Lonsdale belt because there was not anyone else worthy of fighting for it over a 2 year period

Bad decision last night. Butcher looked to have done more than enough with his impressive display. Wonder what the chances of a rematch are? Not many challengers at this weight in Britain at the moment.
Re: #BackingButcher Kevin Satchell v Iain Butcher
I thought he won also, landed the cleaner and more telling punches, admittedly the rounds were close, but it was his punches I remembered more often.

was it a great fight?

Surely if it's a rematch it'll be at 115?ShadrachSimmo wrote:Bad decision last night. Butcher looked to have done more than enough with his impressive display. Wonder what the chances of a rematch are? Not many challengers at this weight in Britain at the moment.

Re: #BackingButcher Kevin Satchell v Iain Butcher
Because Satchell looks too big to be at 112. Must be taking plenty out of him to make it.
