Eubanks on C4 sunday brunch
Both on this morning.
Covered....
Younger bro seb is going to be a heavyweight. Punches as hard as benn or Tyson!!
Eubanks sr says he knows how to beat all current fighters but his body won't let him do it, so won't be coming back.
Jr has a "dark" core, whatever that means.
Jr is on channel 5 to build his profile "for now" but will move to sky eventually. (Bet fat Mick is sweating even more today now after hearing that!!!)

It's fascinating how fast he switched from the poshly spoken privileged rich kid of the 'At Home with the Eubanks' TV show to this new dark brooding 'street' persona.

Re: Eubanks on C4 sunday brunch
To be fair his mum and dad splitting up and him toughing it out in various US gyms will have knocked some of the niceness our of him, but yeah can't help thinking at least some of it is an act
Re: Eubanks on C4 sunday brunch
He should stick to what he's good at, and trying to be scary ain't what he is good at
Re: Eubanks on C4 sunday brunch
I saw the advert that they were on when watching Frasier, but didn't see the show itself.
Did they legitimately say that they would go to Sky soon? Eubank Jr has been too inactive since all this Channel Five / Mick Hennessy promotional BS. Considering he had a fight two Saturdays in a row in December, Eubank Jr having one fight in six months is nowhere near enough.
How long do people think he'll stay on Channel 5? Do we even know when their next show is?

Re: Eubanks on C4 sunday brunch
Eubank Jr is really not that good. Will struggle to ever break the top five in England. Macklin, Murray, Barker, BJS, Ryder, Blackwell and Etches will all beat him. Meanwhile, he's calling out DeGale...

Yeah, that's pretty dumb.mickey1975 wrote:Eubank Jr is really not that good. Will struggle to ever break the top five in England. Macklin, Murray, Barker, BJS, Ryder, Blackwell and Etches will all beat him. Meanwhile, he's calling out DeGale...
It's not often that DeGale is involved in an exchange, and it's the other guy that ends up looking the bell-end.

I cant see Eddie want him in his stable TBH. All he brings to the table is his dads name.

Lovejoy said to Chris Sr about the big terrestrial nights he enjoyed but how pay sports channels took over.
He then asked jr if he was doing same thing and building his profile. Jr replied everyone who has a
Tv has channel five so its a big platform to make a name for himself before he moves over to sky.
Interestingly eubanks sr just sort of smiled at him at that point.
I dont think for one minute eddie has eubanks signed up, but was a very strange thing to say
