Dave fever Fidler, Tommy Coward and Ben Davies deserve a mention as well. Great to see local adversaries working together to create a great nights boxing. Big up Stefy Bull and Glyn Rhodes MBE !

The scoring for this fight was pretty wide - what did you think?

Good result for Gavin McDonnell. Burkinshaw has now not won a fight since outpointing Delroy Spencer over 3 years ago. Maybe now he will stop consistently calling out Kid Galahad in the local press.

I thought miles won a close hard fight really enjoyed the fight it could have been a different outcome if it was over 10 rounds I was very impressed in Fewkes chin he took some bombs and kept coming

And Gavin was just way too much for burkinshaw tonight he is no position what's so ever to call Galahad out

I thought Fewkes might try to outbox Miles. Did he get dragged into a war?

Pretty much he was easily dragged into exchanges but when he did stick to his boxing he looked classy I wouldn't be too disappointed with the loss he can definitely come again and if he sticks to his boxing and don't get dragged into a toe to toe he will give most fighters nightmares

I go to all the dome shows and it's a very good venue for boxing well set out I think stefy as got another show in September I would highly recommend if you get the chance to go you wouldn't be dissapointed the last few shows stefy as put on have been all action packed fights he definitely tests his fighters and puts them in 50/50 fights

Glad Fewkes is back! Wished I could have seen the bout last night, any version of it available online? Thought he might be able to trump Miles on points over 8.

Hope he doesn't let this affect him and go missing for another 12-18 months like his first defeat.

Read his twitter earlier he doesn't seem disheartened and says he will be back better

Ringside was £60 and there's never been a buffet on you got the choice of chicken or lamb shank but the £60 was well worth it very well matched fights it was an action packed night

John Fewkes vs dale miles and dave fiddler vs Adam jones were absolute wars
