Does anyone think Hennessey will.....

Use all his main fighters Galahad, Eubank, DeGale and Hughie Fury on the undercard to try and get some sky dates? If so we could have some cracking fights.

i m sure he wont gamble his channel 5 relationship on just that a gamble.....may see some of his more unrecognisable fighters my guess would be hughie fury be the only main one who will get put on card.

In one of iFilms interviews from yesterday Hearn said the undercard will be 50% hennessey and 50% Hayemaker (Matchroom will provide these). He mentioned Scott Quigg then said that might be deserving of its own bill - and also talked about Crolla. I'd be happy with Quigg/

Who's Mick got left that can genuinely grace a PPV? Eubank, Galahad, Hughie Fury... De Gales gone now hasn't he?

Is Degale still with Henessey? I'm sure I read that he was in talks with Top Rank as a free agent.

All of Mick's fighters that have graced the screens of Channel 5 are pretty much as good as the undercard fighters on the last few Sky PPVs.

The Haye/Wlad undercard was particularly underwhelming.

I know Bellew is a name, and his fight was on the Froch undercard.... but let's face it, after the first Chilemba fight.... sneaking that one onto a PPV was the only way to handle that one. Nobody would have watched the rematch if it had been headlining a show (again).

You could be right - Channel 5 decide to move on a fight-to-fight basis with Hennessey and a few months later the Haye / Fury fight is on !

Interestingly, although we don't know the nature of the contracts but it sounds as though if he still had an exclusive deal with Channel 5 then this fight would probably not be made.
