Re: QaA evening with Ricky Burns
Sounds interesting. Do you know what the difference prices tickets get you on the night Billy? Will Johnny Nelson be there in his kilt?

Re: QaA evening with Ricky Burns
I've got a question:
'Ricky why did you reject possibly the only opportunity you'll ever get to box at the highest level and then serious expect me to pay £80 to watch you get completely dominated by a Puerto rican novice?'
I recognise this is a bit a harsh. But those are my views.

By 'a Puerto Rican novice' did you mean 'an unbeaten, 22&0 switch hitter'? By 'get completely dominated' did you mean 'stop'? By 'this is a bit harsh' did you mean 'i'm an idiot' ?

When you have come on here, taken stick from most and then gone on to prove them wrong time and again but still get no credit, why waste your time? I mean, I think you are an asset with an inside view that brings so much value to the forum so I'm glad you do still post - it just seems thankless. Good luck to you and Ricky for the event.
I was one who got a bit stuck into Billy at one point, but when you are wrong, you just have to accept you are wrong.

I like billy, I think he is one of the top English trainers.... It was just his slaughtering of the recent dinner show up there that prompted me to comment.

Re: QaA evening with Ricky Burns
I cant believe anybody would give that cxxt Suzi Maguire any work,i mean c,mon, shoving a shoe heel up your husbands arse, where would the fella be if the shoe was on the other foot(pardon the pun) in jail and branded a raping disgrace and quite rightly so,i hope she gets severely heckled
On the same token, what sort of man lets a woman throw him down the stairs, batter him then let her shove a stilleto up his ring? i bet the poor sod cant go to the local for a quiet pint again
Very very funny story all the same

To be honest pal I'm a bit of a sad bastard and enjoy coming on here mostly for the banter but I also like reading people's views on things

I appreciate you answering questions and replying to criticism like you do. Sometimes you get riled up understandably but you always try to get your point across which is goodbilly nelson wrote:Spoken like a true man, more than can be said for so many othersJamesH wrote:I have another:

Hank Lundy fighting Olusegun Ajose(Ajose Olusegun to us us Brits) on ESPN friday,If he holds his own with Ajose it might be a good yardstick to compare with Beltrans win over Lundy, not that youll need it im sure Billy but theres nothing wrong with being reminded

So we can be sure that Vasquez, Abril, Gamboa etc would fight Burns?ThereByTheGrace wrote:I have another:

Interestingly, Beltran is rated in the top ten by Boxing Monthly, Boxrec and The Ring, yet a lot on here seem to think he's poor opposition.
