i say youre insane
forman got a GIFT win from M&M in their fight, watch the tape im telling you moorer could have gotten up, credit georges win to a lack of intensity on micheals part
now moorer kicked george's ass for that entire fight and tyson would have owned on moorer... im not gonna break down the equation but rest assured tyson would have sent george packing

man overhand i could spout out all the reasons why i think tyson would kick the shit out of george but you know what? its gotten really friggin old seeing a new 'mike tyson vs XXXX' thread a few times a month, ive given up on putting up the reasons, its pointless. in another 2 weeks the same questions will be asked again by a new flock of newbs to the board. im tired of getting drawn into these long ass arguements where i give all my opinions on a fight and i get labeled a tyson or oscar or lewis whore. youve been here long enough to have read what i think about fighters, though i admit remembering such information is another matter entirely. what are you the forum pimp now?

Foreman gets the W one way or another. Gunn, aside from the fact that u relate everything with that whiteboy morrison, i noticed u picked Tyson by DECISION. Dats cray-zee. Tyson could outpoint guys like a faded Quick Tillis or a paper champ like Jim Smith, but not an all-time great (even in his forties) champ with one of the most vicious punches ever. Imagine how much fun Big George would have landing that uppercut at will against the smaller Iron Mike. Big George, a savvy and durable tactician as descriibed by The Ring, would avoid/block/absorb Tysons early rounds attack and come on strong late to KO him after slowly wearing down Tyson with jabs and uppercuts. If it went the distance I imagine George would win about every round except the first 4 or 5, which is still enough for a split decision.

that was my opinion
Tommy and Tyson had the same style, hunt the opponent and don't take many step backwards, there is no way in hell tyson could knock big george foreman down, that's why his game plan would be the same as tommy had against george. Stick and move stick and move..... for 12 rounds... and I believe tyson could get the desition.
I don't like tyson, and I do admire big George Foreman! but that's what I think the fight would end.

tyson sticking and moving
as I said before, if tyson wanted to beat foreman, there was no way he would knock him down, so that will be the only option, because he doesn't want to be a target for a slow foreman anyways.
Desition will be his only chance.

tyson
than in that case I will say that foreman will win the fight, because tyson woudn't be able to knock him down.
but for some reason, I believe it will end like tyson-ruddok(second) but george woudn't hit the canvas, or tyson-tucker

forman of the 90's in case you didnt see him fought like a god damned slug. didnt move or anything, didnt put together fast combos for shit either... of course thats pretty much how he always fought. tyson would have a perfect opponent in a 40 year old forman, a guy who comes at you. now people are always talking about how tyson opponents are handpicked to be like this and that is true, so what makes you think a venerable forman would stand up to a pretty much primed tyson? tyson would have a field day unloading his best combos on a stationary forman. sure forman would be able to take a lot of punishment but do you really think he could last the full 12 like that? tyson undoubtedly would slow around the 7-8th rounds but by that time he would have built up a big ass lead, leaving formans only way to victory being a knockout. tyson isnt known as having the best chin but a stalking forman is still gonna be fairly slow and avoidable. tyson would be able to slip georges biggest bombs available.
a few points of refrence which im sure nobody will give a rats ass about are a few common opponents they both had from the same relative time frame.
forman settled for a decision against stewart while tyson was able to get him out in 1 whole round.
then they both suffered losses to evander holyfield. albeit tysons was much more embarrassing but the fact is the both lost, tyson by knockout, forman by decision. i can see why many of you would question tysons ability to make it through the fight based not only on this but among other things, but holyfield was crisp and boxed systematically wearing down tyson whereas forman wouldnt be fighting to that tune. forman would come to slug... in a slug fest tyson is getting the upper hand.
once again im starting to lose my train of thought
