I think you can't get out of the obligation of any contract until the court announced that person a defaulter.But still there may be some obligation that they will be fulfill by selling your property and through other adjustments.

Why would a bot, enter into chat on a boxing forum. I've seen google bot appear on the users of forum before and wondered why but not so clearly see one post. What would it's purpose be

I thought a bot was a fully automated computer thingy that 'watched' and sent results/data back to the home server. Didn't think they's got opinions/feelings.
