..carnera's handlers did some clever things. he was always surrounded by men who were shorter than average to make him look even taller, and he wore shoes that were even larger than the big ones of the regular size...he had huge feet anyway but these shoes made him look as big as the frankenstein monster. plus in training camp covered by the press he wore a larger foul cup to make....ah....another appendage look bigger.

How about Morrison doing Rocky V? It certainly made him a much bigger name (if that's the kind of thing you were looking for, Duce).
Rocky VI didn't really help Tarver, though.

Ali Inoki was awful as a spectacular, Lebelle v Savage was a better spectacle but equally as bad for boxing
