Agreed, this is a tougher fight than Towers would have been. Big Lucas can hit with some venom, but let`s not kid ourselves, he is limited as a boxer.

When he meets a guy who can tie him up and rough him about on the inside, he will come unstuck. Until that happens I reckon we will be in for some entertaining fights.

@ youngy
Thanks for the reply just to clarify I had to misspell cuntz to get it past the fire wall .
I am not illiterate I have a good command of English if only the likes of you and other Aussie's would'nt murder our dialect.
Still I guess once you've given a gift to the world you cant control what they do with it.
I whole heartedly stand by all of my comments
My problem is not with Australia nor its rightful inhabitants the Aborigine's just with Australian's who I find to be on the whole a bunch of cuntz.
You can include yourself in that generalization as you have done nothing to change my opinion.
I have found you as a people crass, rude , confrontational, egotistical, whiney and un sporting, completely lacking in empathy
and self important.
You cannot mention any topic and i mean any topic in front of an Australian without them saying its better ,bigger, faster, harder
hotter , more expensive, easier or more efficient'' BACK HOME''
Where I grew up we had a saying ''you've been Tenerife he's been Elevnerife'' meaning always having to go one better even if it means telling lies.
I may well be an ''idiot'' and a ''dickhead'' but I would rather be those things than have any affiliation to you Aussie cuntz.
Fair dinkum
Envy and Jealous well maybe if you lot moved out ...sorry most of you already have .

"If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?"

It's similar to - if a cretin insults you, and everyone knows he's a 'few sheep short in the top paddock' who is offended?

At a guess The number 77 in your alias is a reference to your IQ.

If you can't discuss boxing issues on this site with any civility, well that's too bad. I'm looking for something better than you've got to offer so see ya' later.

By the way, Lucas Browne knocked down Travis Walker three times on his way to a TKO. Walker refused to come out after the 7th round.

Walker looked out of shape which is fair enough given he only took the fight 7 days ago and flew from Texas in the midst of a heat wave to arrive in the middle of the Melbourne winter. He barely would have had time to acclimatise.

The fight was not exactly a demonstration of the sweet science, but it was entertaining enough.

After the 3rd knock down, Walker looked gone but then when Browne came in for the kill, Walker shot into action and threw a couple of good blows that caught Browne by surprise.

In the end that was all Walker had left before the bell went to end the 7th & the fight.

I expressed my view on Australian's when the topic had progressed on to Australians.
You took it upon yourself to personally insult me because you were insulted by my post.
So I insult you directly in retaliation and list my reasons for my original post.
To which you answer that your not insulted.

And i'm the cretin???
There is no argument you are a bunch of been there done that know it all cuntz who don't like it up em.
