Yeah, could well be purely the money. Groves doesn't really have much to lose besides an unbeaten record, which he will lose at some point anyway (and it never did Froch any harm to lose his).

Wlad has to be p4p above froch IMO.

Froch is prob borderline top ten but it rankles me to have him much higher while he is so clearly not even number one on his div.

At least with Floyd, jmm, PAC etc they all float around at least three weight classes regularly so the same issue hasn't applied.

not to mention the 3 of them are lightyears more skilled than Froch has ever been.

Froch is a consistent high level operator and hasn't ducked anyone, he has done very well in his division and has done it, with a few tweaks, the same way over and over. I don't think that he has shown the versatility to be a top P4P boxer - I can't imagine him beating Ward in 10 bouts as his game plan seems very similar every time.

Pacquaio has been a great fighter over the years but I wouldnt say he's a particularily skilled boxer.

Wlad's opposition has been weak since he fought Haye 2 years ago. Froch has wins against Bute and Kessler in that time.
