So,
I am currently not a member of a gym so ride my bike and run to keep fit but do no weights etc.
Instead of rejoining the gym I am toying with the idea of getting a personal boxing trainer to teach me how to box as hopefully an inspiring and meaningful way to keep fit.
Red Corner gym in Coventry is more or less on my way home
www.redcorner.co.uk
So the question is anyone ever do this good idea?
and does anyone use this gym?

Re: Boxing Gym Personal Trainer
Hello Ushnikov.
a mate of mine has trained on and off at the Red Corner for 5 or 6 years, he speaks very highly of the setup there and knows quite a few of the blokes. you won't get any better in Coventry, from what I know.
I may be heading up there for some sparring sometime soon, so I may see you there
