I have to agree Audley will be on the card but I still think Hughie will be fighting himWelshJack wrote:The show has only just been announced and can Charr fight someone mediocre for that title and surely it will be someone that appeals to UK fans............I don't want to say it but YES HE CAN.

Re: I fear for Haye v Fury Undercard
Charr is fighting for a silver belt or something and Hughie isn't even rated in top 100 i'm not sure if that affects his chances and he has a fight on the 14th.MarkMcBurney wrote:Charr v Hughie Fury?

Audley Harrison will be begging Hughies management for this fight. He will be ringing them up every day trying to get it.
Re: I fear for Haye v Fury Undercard
He wants a world title shot beating an 18/19 year old will prove nothing we'll all just say it came too soon for him etc. and Hughie is low ranked.mimmy123 wrote:Audley Harrison will be begging Hughies management for this fight. He will be ringing them up every day trying to get it.

Hope they get a decent ref in. Not someone who will wave it off because someone was cuffed with a couple of shots.
Re: I fear for Haye v Fury Undercard
Hughie Fury vs Matt Skelton would be good.

Peter told me that Hughie is booked to fight on the 28th of August. That would be cutting it quite close to fight on the Tyson-David undercard of Septermber 14th. If they truly are gunning for Thompson, which Peter assures me that they are, then it be a pretty big gamble. Jesus bless.MarkMcBurney wrote:Charr v Hughie Fury?

From my understanding he works with channel 5 on a fight by fight basis. If his obligations to them were that strong he wouldnt be able to drop them for sky at the drop of a hat.Coco wrote:I guess he has obligations to Channel 5columbo wrote: Why couldnt he of cancelled that and put his fighters on the undercard instead?

And I think musta misread Peter's comments to me as well, what he said was:
SO he is either meaning this month (two days), or next month or on the Fury-Haye undercard."Also we have opponent lined up for 28th my friend. God bless."
