David Haye fans are in for a real treat on Saturday, July 27, when the former world heavyweight champion hosts yet another open day at his boxing gym in Vauxhall, London.

The event will run from 9am to 7pm and fans are urged to arrive early to avoid disappointment. This is the third open day 'The Hayemaker' has held at his gym and, if the two previous events were anything to go by, expect lots of interest.

As before, the event is totally free of charge and everybody who attends will receive, at the very least, a signed photograph. Moreover, there will be plenty of Hayemaker merchandise on sale, including Hayemaker-branded boxing gloves, as fans gear up for the Londoner's highly-anticipated showdown with domestic rival Tyson Fury on September 28.

“This is the perfect appetiser for the big fight,” said Haye. “I get the chance to see all my fans, sign their memorabilia and experience their goodwill. Nothing can help motivate you for a fight like the goodwill of your fans.

“I know how much this Tyson Fury fight means to them, and I know how eager they are to see me knock him spark out. Well, on July 27, I will once again look to give something back. I want to thank the fans for getting behind me in this fight, and this is the perfect way to show my gratitude.”

Who: Former world heavyweight & cruiserweight champion David 'The Hayemaker' Haye.

What: Gym open/signing day.

When: Saturday, July 27 – 9am to 7pm.

Where: Hayemaker Gym, 116 Randall Road, London SE11 5JR (behind Park Plaza Riverbank hotel). Nearest tube Vauxhall/Waterloo.

I don't like Haye but it is good of him to be approachable to his loyal minions. More Boxers should follow his lead here.
