Anybody got any other podcasts they listen to? I am currently listening to:
ESPN Bunce Boxing - Good product apart from Bunce's little digs at anyone who isn't his paymaster
Toe to Toe - My preferred one. Nice balance. Ed Robinson for sensible opinion. Spencer is growing on me. I don't mind a motormouth but just needs to put into fifth gear as it seems to be working to hard in fourth!
What do other people think?

Re: Podcasts...
I listen to podcasts from the Stafford Soul Club, if you like Northern Soul they are spot on; I hear enough of the commentators and pundits when I watch the fights, I have wondered what some of the BoxRec posters sound like though.

The Boxing News one with Tris & Matt is always good
Re: Podcasts...
So many podcasts out there on a wide range of subjects that you would never get anything done if you tried listening to all of them that interest you.

Every week I listen to -
1. Toe to Toe
2. Bunces Boxing Hour
3. Boxing News (which I listen to at 1.5 speed, seriously)

Re: Podcasts...
You beat me to it. They've sorted out their production issues and they're a good double act that really grow on you. Matt is unintentionally deadpan - when he talks about it being a "really exciting week" in his Midlands monotone that manages to sound anything but excited I can't help find it amusing! Their banter in the latest one relating of Malik Scott's reaction to getting stopped by comparing it to their school sports days was priceless. Does exactly what i want from a podcast of this type in that it makes me feel I'm sitting in the boozer listening to my mates talk boxing - nice conversational style.MarkMcBurney wrote:The Boxing News one with Tris & Matt is always good
Both guys are passionate and knowledgeable so definitely recommend it.

Re: Podcasts...
ESPN and T2T are bar far and away the best. Good to listen to both, as although both cover the same weeks news each has its different vibe.
Shame there isn't one decent completely impartial one out there that is professionally produced. BN is poor and sorry, Tris and Matt are just too dull for my liking despite their absolute knowledge. Can't warm to them.

Coming on live if anyone is interested. Can call in etc. They are speaking with Deontay Wilder and the 2008 US Olympian Andrade who faces Martirosyan (spelt wrong, but him who drew Lara last year) for the WBO Light Middleweight title in September,

Re: Podcasts...
Thanks for the heads-up about Toe2Toe guys as I really enjoyed it when I had my first listen last night - knew Ed would be good but was pleasantly surprised by Spencer Fearon. Definitely recommend it to anyone else.
By the way, struggled to find it at first on itunes as I was typing in Toe to Toe - if anyone else goes searching you need to enter it as Toe2Toe

I used to drive 45 mins each way to work. Used to listen to bunce london radio show via podcast each week along with a few other sports things.TopGun wrote:MarkMcBurney wrote:Not if you have a 45 min commute and listen on the way to work]TopGun wrote:Podcasts = Far too much time on your hands.
