Yes he is and to be fair so is Derry, he doesn't act like a twat either, I'll put a tenner on the underdog, fiver each for me and my lad and I think this will be a close, hard bout.

really asterix? My guess was Derry slight favourite based on level of competition, IE Curtis hasn't got a Crolla on his record?

Think of the pink pound.

Though Curtis doesn't have a Crolla on his record he does have Frankie Gavin.

That's what I said, Woodhouse will be the underdog by some distance. I haven't seen Woodhouse fight for a while, though.

:TU: It'd be hard to find 2 more decent and level headed boxers, particularly as they are to box imminently; they do set a good example, that they actually try their level best when they box as well; I think that a Mod ought to set up a BoxRec award thingy for sportmanship and putting boxing in a good light.

What I like about them, on top of everything thats been mentioned, is that they'll have it either way. Run your mouth, they'll give at least as good as they get. Stay respectful, expect the same back.

This fight is giving me a semi.

curtis wood wrote:the tactics are simple for me, pressure pressure pressure, try and break his heart, not easy but I cant outbox him so out fighting him is my only option, but with them tactics ill have to take some stick on the way in, that's why it will be a belter, ill either get to him or get knocked out trying, cant wait, its my time :TU:
good luck Curtis, its a tall order and I wish you well. one day derry will go to the well of fortune and it will be dry. it could be your time.
