£323 for Fury and Haye? PT Barnum must be rolling over laughing in his grave. I paid $200 for my Da and I to see Duran vs Leonard at Montreal and we pretty much needed binoculars to seem them.

The Haye v Fury tickets are going for silly money but that WAS 30 odd years ago ago, frigging everything was a fraction of the price it is now. I wonder how much those same seats would go for in this day and age..something like the Floyd v Alvarez tickets?

Re: Haye v Fury tickets
I never realised quite how crazy black market prices were until an incident at Froch/Kessler back in May.
My step brother and I had bought tickets through Viagogo - paying £200 for tickets that were originally I think £80 - and we arrived at the arena and they wouldn't scan. A quick phone call by the lady on the entrance gate and we were in. The fun really started however when we went to our seats to find someone else sat there. After much investigation by the staff at the O2 it turned out there were THREE sets of people with the same seats. In theory they should never have scanned after the first set had gone through the gate, and luckily we were moved to virtually identical seats by the brilliant staff on duty - but one fella who was connected to one of the groups had received a phone call the week before the fight to tell him his tickets were fraudulent, and bought a ticket outside the arena on the night.
A ticket that was originally £40 cost him £500 on the night. Utter lunacy.

Re: Haye v Fury tickets
^^^ Chancers shouldn't be allowed on here. If your not going sell the tickets for cost price. All sports should stop people like these. Maybe boxrec moderators will take the thread down and ban anyone doing this
Re: Haye v Fury tickets
I would pay maybe 200 quid tops to see this maximum of 10 rows back AND totally dependant on the rest of the card

Re: Haye v Fury tickets
It's quite funny really because the people you buy the tickets off ie ticketmaster, etc are making a profit on them themselves so whats the difference haha.macaca wrote:By the people that don't have the balls, coin or evil streak in them to do it themelves no doubtmimmy123 wrote:I got a right roasting saying I was going to buy a few cheapo one to sell on for a extra few quid.
Re: Haye v Fury tickets
2 tickets for sale can't make it anymore. Lower tier block 109, row c. Bang central to the ring. They were brought for £160 including fees. Would like £350 for them if anyone wants them
