Eddie should be ashamed by that non-performance, especially after what he'd been posting on facebook:

Re: NBC Sports Triple Header 8/3
Adamek beat Chambers. He landed more punches than Chambers threw.
Re: NBC Sports Triple Header 8/3

Re: NBC Sports Triple Header 8/3
I hadn't seen Mchunu before but predicted Chambers would be able to beat the top cruisers . . apparently he can't beat top cruiser prospects either.
Chambers had a style that did well to exploit slower, overweight fighters. He wasn't the most active guy in terms of punch output at cruiser but he was usually so much faster than his opponents he made up for it with accuracy and clean punches landed.
Vs fitter guys who are just as fast, all of his advantages go out the window . .he just becomes a flat-footed light hitter who doesn't throw a lot of punches. Really shows how worthless it is to even have a cruiserweight division.

Lol yep. Those dudes were so sure that Chambers would grab a belt at CW.DetroitHxC wrote:I tried saying Chambers couldn't handle faster fighters and got attacked.

Guinn keeps trying the left hook, coming close to catch Adamek. Not a horrible opening round. Will Guinn turn into a zombie soon tho?
Re: NBC Sports Triple Header 8/3
30-27 Adamek after 3.

The real "shock of the century' would be if Adamek stopped a previously unstopped fighter.gilgamesh wrote:Shock of the century, Guinn is losing on points
Re: NBC Sports Triple Header 8/3
And Guinn is still fighting harder than Chambers.
